All high polyphenol olive oils

In this latest 24/25 harvest the Arbequina variety achieved similar polyphenol levels to ONSURI's Arbosana variety, this time reaching 1269 mg/Kg. Both oils are produced on the same family-owned single estate farm in Jordan.

Early harvest November olive oil was hand-picked from the trees when the olives were still unripe and green, giving the olive oil it's high polyphenol count and classic peppery notes. 100% Organic and filtered to maximise shelf-life.
