All high polyphenol olive oils

In this latest 24/25 harvest the Arbequina variety achieved similar polyphenol levels to ONSURI's Arbosana variety, this time reaching 1269 mg/Kg. Both oils are produced on the same family-owned single estate farm in Jordan.

Early harvest November olive oil was hand-picked from the trees when the olives were still unripe and green, giving the olive oil it's high polyphenol count and classic peppery notes. 100% Organic and filtered to maximise shelf-life.

This oil comes from the PDO region of Priego de Córdoba in the Sierra de La Subbética Cordobesa national park. The highly awarded Venta Del Baron describes the taste as sweet with a progressively bitter and spicy aftertaste, with intense fruitiness and aromas of herbs and mint. This seems like a balanced oil for all purposes with healthy quality signals in both free FFA <0.2 and polyphenols.

Bio from Tenute Cristiano is a fresh organic extra virgin olive oil with perceptions of fruity olives picket still green, raw tomatoes, wild vegetables and aromatic herbs that mingle with fragrances of green apple and banana. Its texture is very fluid with notes of black pepper, almonds and artichokes balanced by a sweet hint. Its taste is round and full ending in an aftertaste of nuts.
