Description
Richly golden, with the texture of runny honey, this extra virgin olive oil has a unique taste: bitter, with hints of pepper and artichoke, and a smooth almond finish. This oil contains over 500 mg/Kg of polyphenols and has very low free acidity levels which is a great indicator of quality. Made with 100% organic coratina olives, hand-picked on a family-run single estate in Apulia.
