All high polyphenol olive oils

Early harvest November olive oil was hand-picked from the trees when the olives were still unripe and green, giving the olive oil it's high polyphenol count and classic peppery notes. 100% Organic and filtered to maximise shelf-life.

This single variety extra virgin olive oil is made with Coratina olives—known for their high polyphenol content. This organic oil is imported into the UK then bottled to order by Feast Italy. Being organic and low acidity, the oil is a great all-rounder and reasonably priced for such quality.

An intense peppery and almost spicy flavour, low acidity level and strong polyphenol level make it a great all round buy. This oil comes from the PDO region of Priego de Córdoba in the Sierra de La Subbética Cordobesa national park. The highly awarded Venta Del Baron describes the taste as sweet with a progressively bitter and spicy aftertaste, with intense fruitiness and aromas of herbs and mint. This seems like a balanced oil for all purposes with healthy quality signals in both free FFA <0.2 and polyphenols.
