Description
Made from centenary threes hidden on a hill that overlooks the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the Bio Organic is a very precious and green extra virgin produced the first week of harvest with handpicked Carolea and Coratina olives. Its harmony is superb thanks to balanced notes of sweet, bitter and spicy. The fresh fruity aroma with hints of radicchio, walnut and pepper blend perfectly with the bitter notes of chicory and almond.
