To be classed as high polyphenol the Commission Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 states that the polyphenols must be above 250 mg/Kg and a daily intake of 20g of olive oil is needed to obtain the benecial health claim ("Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress"). November being clearly above this limit, taking its position as the highest polyphenol oil of 2024 in the UK.
Early harvest November was hand-picked when the olive fruit was still unripe and green, giving the olive oil this superior feel, taste and aroma. A very premium quality of olive oil with an intense fruity, well-balanced flavour making it ideal for your fresh dishes and salad dressings. Filtered to maximise shelf-life.
